Finally good strings!

After trying perhaps 20 different kind of strings for the Rotacorda, we finally found a perfect set. The winner is a set for western guitar called Elixir Nanoweb phosphor bronze anti-rust (of course). They have an equal sound through the instrument which is a great advantage. For now we only tried it in a big tub, so we are looking forward to try it in Nannas tank with the horn on, which only will make it sound better

Our new instrument, the Rotacorda, coming together. Does this look beatutiful, or what?
It's being built by Andy Cavatorta, New York

Andy Cavatorta is working on our new instrument, the Rotacorda. The strings are played with a rosin wheel instead of with a bow. Here are some draft drawings. Isn't she beautiful?
